Refund policy
At FOMO Fynds, we want you to feel good about your fynds. Because our products are fulfilled by different fulfillment partners and some items are personal-care or hygiene products, return eligibility varies by product.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging, with tags attached when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Some products are final sale or non-returnable, including certain personal-care, beauty, hygiene, and product-specific items. When applicable, this will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions, including the appropriate return address. Please do not send an item back without receiving return authorization first.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the product and reason for return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at fomofynds@gmail.com and include photos or other information that may help us evaluate the issue.
We'll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature, including:
- Beauty and personal-care products
- Hygiene-related products
- Products that have been opened or used when return restrictions apply
- Personalized or custom products, when applicable
- Gift cards
- Sale or final-sale items, when identified as such on the product page
This does not limit your rights regarding items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fail to conform to the product description.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different product or variant, you may return an eligible item according to this policy and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The 14-day period generally begins when the consumer receives the goods.
Certain products, including some sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, may be excluded from this right under applicable law.
Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when they have been properly informed of that responsibility before purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
